Theatre is Clara’s first love and she’s played a variety of roles on and off the stage!
She’s a graduate of the St. Clair College Music Theatre diploma program, has her Bachelor’s degree in performing arts from Capilano University/Douglas College, and has a plethora of experience as not only a performer, but also as a composer/lyricist, music director, director, and choreographer.
Some performance credits include the Lady of the Lake in “Spamalot!” (Open Book Productions), Essie Carmichael in “You Can’t Take It With You” (St. Clair College) and Lyra in the original musical “WHODUNNIT!” (The 13th Story), the latter of which she also acted as music director and composer.
In 2023 Clara founded SheCan Theatre, a company she conceptualized in her third year of university and acts as Artistic Director.
